Andy Green
Andy has been involved in the training sector for 12 years and founded BBP Recruitment in 2020. After working for some of the largest providers of apprenticeships Andy wanted to offer something different by creating a consultancy service to support training needs across multiple sectors.
Andy’s passion is to see people progress in their careers. His mission is to help businesses promote training and apprenticeships for existing staff and to provider career opportunities for people to progress into.
As well as founding BBP Recruitment he is also the Co-Pilot of Team Green. Husband to Jenny, and father to 3 kids, Phoebe, Bertie and Bessie.

Our services are Free of charge. We are paid directly by the training providers
No, these are fully funded providing you complete the qualification. However, if you withdraw from your course there will be a fee payable to the training provider.
You can only com course at a time. However, there is no limit on how many you can complete
Providing you are a resident of England and aged 19 and over you will be eligible for the short courses. There may be some geographical restrictions on funding at certain times.
The courses are designed to be flexible and to work in your own time. Each unit gives you around 3 weeks to complete so you can fit it in around your daily life.
If you are struggling to keep up you can request an extension to the work that you have. You will liaise with the mentor to discuss this. In the unlikely event that you are not able to complete the course then you can withdraw. Please note that if you withdraw from the course there may be a fee charged by the training provider.
